Reviews on Rated Clinics are posted by signed-in patients on our platform. Each one passes a moderation queue before going live.

Reviewers must be signed in with a verified email. No anonymous submissions, no bot floods.
Editorial moderation
We screen every review for spam, defamation, off-topic content and obvious bias. Approved reviews appear publicly.

Common questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. A free listing includes your profile, contact details, treatments and review collection. We never gate verification behind a paid plan.
How long does verification take?
Typically 2-3 working days from the moment you upload all required documents. We email you the outcome.
Can I import reviews from Google or Trustpilot?
No. Reviews on Rated Clinics must be posted natively by signed-in patients so we can vouch for them. This is intentional.
Will my trust score go down if I get a bad review?
Approved reviews count +2 toward engagement, capped at 20. A negative review doesn't reduce your score - but your overall star rating reflects all approved reviews.
How does featured placement work?
Premium-plan clinics can be featured on the homepage and on relevant treatment / location pages. Featured listings are clearly labelled "Promoted" - they never replace the trust score, and they don't hide unverified clinics behind them.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your listing reverts to the Free plan - it isn't deleted.
Do I have to be UK-based?
No. We support clinics globally; verification rules adapt to the regulator in your jurisdiction.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
Reviews stay attached to your clinic. They don't disappear when you change plan or pause.
